Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Kolev 03 LTD collects when you use this shop, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy request, contact us at ivaylo_kolev.shop@abv.bg.

Data we collect to run the shop (necessary)

• Account details — username, email address, and name, so you can sign in and manage your orders.
• Order and delivery details — recipient name, shipping address, and phone number, used to process and deliver your order.
• Payment — payments are processed by Stripe. We store a payment reference, not your card details.
• A session identifier stored in your browser, used to associate your cart and order during checkout.

This data is necessary to provide the shop and fulfil your purchase, and is processed on that basis. We keep it for as long as needed to serve your orders and meet legal (for example, accounting) obligations.

Analytics (optional — only with your consent)

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we record which products you add to your cart, to understand what is popular and improve the store. These analytics run only after you accept and are never collected if you reject or ignore the banner.

Changing your choice

You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer, which reopens the consent banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at ivaylo_kolev.shop@abv.bg.
