These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through this online store, operated by Kolev 03 LTD (trading as Kolev Visuals), EIK 208932357, registered at ul. Panaiot Hitov 2, Shumen 9702, Bulgaria. The Products

We sell original fine-art prints and painting-by-numbers kits, each produced to order for the specific customer: prints are produced at your chosen size, and painting-by-numbers kits are manufactured by a third-party production partner using the custom drawing supplied for your order. Product descriptions, sizes, and prices are shown in the shop at the time of ordering.

Placing an Order

You place an order by adding products to your cart, providing a shipping address and contact details at checkout, and confirming payment. You will receive an order confirmation once payment succeeds. Orders are only binding once payment has been confirmed.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are final unless stated otherwise; Kolev Visuals is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the price shown. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details, only a reference to the completed payment.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via Econt, Speedy, or BoxNow, depending on the option you choose at checkout; estimated shipping costs and delivery times are shown before you pay. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address or pickup point you selected.

Right of Withdrawal — Made-to-Order Goods

Under EU and Bulgarian consumer law, online shoppers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (Art. 57(3), Consumer Protection Act — ЗЗП). Because every print and kit we sell is produced specifically for your order — at your chosen size, or from your supplied custom drawing — this exception applies to all purchases made through this store. Before you can complete payment, you’ll be asked to confirm you understand this. See our Refund Policy for full details, including the separate statutory guarantee that still protects you if something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong.

Statutory Guarantee

Regardless of the above, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory guarantee for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or don’t match what you ordered (Art. 112–115, ЗЗП). See our Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional and lets you track past orders. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first at ivaylo_kolev.shop@abv.bg — we will try to resolve it directly. As a Bulgarian consumer, you can also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
